Our standard EZP-LS cleaner is made from heavy-duty, powder-coated steel with a purple polyurethane limited-space blade.

  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 6" (150 mm)
  • ConShear™ LS blade sizes available:
    • Belt Width Minus 2" (50 mm)
    • Belt Width Minus 8" (200 mm)
    • Cleaner can also be retrofitted with Belt Width Minus 14" (350 mm) replacement blades
  • Blade Height: 4.5" (115 mm)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
  • Blade Material: Polyurethane (proprietary blend for abrasion resistance and long wear)
  • Pole Diameter: 1-7/8" (48 mm)
  • Belt Widths: 12" to 60" (300 to 1500 mm)
 

Installation

  • Comes complete with universal mounting plates and tensioner
  • Pole length: Belt width plus 30" (1350 mm)
  • Horizontal clearance required: 3" (75 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: 6-1/2" (165 mm)
